Delphox Concept

The concept of a fire mage suits Delphox very well! Her mask and shoulder pads are a great way to reference the Pokemon she represents. I like how you did the folds and wrinkles in her robe, especially the ones on her stomach--you did a great job on the lighting and shading. That's nice how you included the sketch along with the final colored version. What I like most about this Pokemon Concept is the fire coming from her staff, arcing over her head into her hand (which also looks great--how long did it take you to get the hands right?? Please teach me your ways...). The glow effect looks awesome, and I like how you blurred it to make it look more real. I personally think the background could be made more interesting, like with some of your previous concepts--perhaps a dark castle room surrounded by spellbooks and other items that a mage might use. But then again, a plainer background is nice too, since it makes the sketch on the left side more visible. In all, another awesome concept!
