Hey everyone! Here are some concepts for a new race I'm making for my OC world, Vissua.
Average Height: 5'10
Average Weight: 150lbs
Race: Faun
Life Expectancy: 50 Years
The Faun are a race of human-deer foragers. They're nomadic in nature, and usually travel in groups of atleast 15, mostly consisting of clanmates. While they have no permanent homestead, it's rumored they have a large settlement deep within the woods of Vissua. While the Faun are primarily a peaceful race, they can be deadly in battle, because of their knowledge of nature magick. They tend to use long distance techniques, such as bows, spears, and magick, as their close combat skills are quiet weak.

Originality Technique ImpactThis is a very interesting concept; I love the little detail of the males of the race having antlers and I find it interesting that they are a nomadic race. These Fauns remind me a lot of the half-goat Greek satyrs, though, which are actually also referred to as Fauns in certain cases; maybe you should tweak the name a little so that people don't get them confused? Just a suggestion; it doesn't really matter, as the name is perfectly fine right now. In fact, I completely understand if you meant to do that, because it would be easier for people to imagine what they looked like and associate them with a more commonly known species.
The clothing is wonderful; it looks natural and organic, as it should. It does kind of confuse me that the male is wielding a spear, as you said they specialized more in ranged weapons than in close combat, but it's a minor detail that could easily be overlooked anyway. Great job overall!
