Description
Decided to do Celebi this time, as I really wanted to do a fairy like character. While it's a simpler design, it was really fun to draw/colour. Hope you like it! And as always, feel free to leave a critique, and suggestions for future concepts!

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI think this is a wonderful concept for Celebi. The outfit she's wearing makes me think of Tinkerbell from Peter Pan and it goes really well with the green in the rest of the picture. I like the little flowers in the background on her name plate--I admit that at first I thought they were shamrocks or clovers in reference to St. Patrick's Day coming next month. ^^ You did a great job on her anatomy and the folds in her dress, and also on the glowing aura/force fields surrounding the two characters. What I like most about Human Celebi is her pose and smiling facial expression; she looks really innocent, cute, and precious, just like the Pokemon she symbolizes.
